This illustration was the third design from a project based on mad march hares. During the breeding season in march, hares will chase, jump and box one another as part of their courtship. With this in mind I wanted to focus on the boxing element, so I gave the hares a real human boxing stance and a left handed punch. Southpaw boxers are usually left handed and the name itself worked perfectly with the illustration.
The design is screen printed on Organic cotton slim fit jersey t-shirt in white.
